This diffuser works brilliantly and is beautiful to look at. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t seem to have the function to keep it on one color. It is not a big problem because it still looks nice but for decor reasons, I wish I could choose a color and keep it on it.

Both the original and the replacement refused to create mist. I’m doing everything it’s saying to do so I’m not sure what’s wrong. It’s bubbling a little and creates a bit of humidity inside because I pull the lid off and it’s all wet. 🙁

I brough the 1st units last year when it was on special at a health food store, most easy to use and refill the water resovor.
order another units from AMZ it came deffective, there are no mist coming out.
request an exchange on Monday the exchange unit come in a week after, great job AMZ.
will definately recommend.

I purchased two of these in July 2020. As of today, Nov. 2021, neither of them work. Wasted money.
